Book 3 of 6
In the third book of the series, follow Boba when Count Dooku orders him to leave with his new guardian, the dangerous bounty huntress Aurra Sing. Boba must try to recover his father’s fortune and somehow ditch his new companion, who secretly wants the fortune and his father’s ship, for herself. Boba must navigate his way through the enormous, multi-leveled banking empire belonging to the financial geniuses of the Muun species. Each level Boba goes down becomes more and more dangerous than the last. Along the way he will encounter crooks, thieves and threats any other 10 year old could not handle.
I read this book in November 2009 as one of the first of 50+ books I have finished in the expanded universe of Star Wars. It’s hard to imagine a 10 year old doing the things Boba must do, but then again, I didn’t have Jango Fett as a dad either. It’s a very good novel to introduce any junior reader to the Star Wars Expanded Universe (EU).
