This book almost wrote its self. Cory Doctorow used real news events and technology to write the story of m1k3y and his dealings with Homeland Security.
Definitely for older readers (13 and up), this book was a great discussion point for my oldest son and me.
As our kids become more independent a good understanding of personal rights and responsibilities as a citizen of the world is becoming more important. Especially with so many fast changes in technology and communication.
These two books put good characters into realistic situations. Maybe a bit too realistic.
Genre: adventure, teen
