- Aftercare is a flat monthly fee of $250.00
- Tuition must be paid within the 1st week of each month. Late or missing payments can result in removal from the program.
- Payments can be made in the office (card or check) or over the phone (card).

Drop-Ins are $30.00 a day per student.
Charges for drop-ins, for each day you utilize Aftercare in a month, will be billed to you the first week of the following month.
Example: Your student dropped-in for Aftercare 3 times in September, first week of October you will be billed $90.00

- Aftercare runs from 3:05pm – 5:30pm on school days, 1:35pm – 5:30pm on early release days.
- Aftercare ends promptly at 5:30pm. There will be a fee of $5.00 (per student) for every 10 minutes for late pick-ups. If you are habitually late, we will no longer be able to accept your student.

- After Care students meet in room 123 immediately after school is dismissed.
- Pick up your child(ren) through the Middle SW doors, next to the School Garden.
- We regularly visit the library or play in the gym. A sign on the door will let you know where to find us.

A healthy snack will be provided at the beginning of aftercare, right after attendance is taken.
If students need another snack before pick-up, we ask that you provide that.
